What are the delivery charges?
We charge a flat rate shipping of INR 50 for orders less than INR 500. If your order value is greater than INR 500 your shipping is free.
How soon will you ship out my order?
Our team will organize the product to be dispatched by courier within 24-48 working hours after confirmation of your order. We will send a notification email once your product is dispatched.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 5-10 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
Does The Brain Lab deliver internationally?
Brain Lab does not deliver items internationally. Purchases on our site can be done globally, but you’ll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.
